has more than thirty-five years of professional experience and has been trained by some of the nation’s top institutes and leaders such as: the National Coalition Building Institute, the Anti-Defamation League, and civil rights icon, Rev. C. T. Vivian, to name a few. Jay T. has also developed some of his own DEI exercises and has presented workshops at colleges and universities, civic groups, community organizations, churches, private industry companies, and more. Lastly, he has partnered with luminary DEI leaders in the greater Cleveland community such as Compass Consulting Services, LLC and Baldwin Wallace University’s Center For Inclusion to continue this important work locally and nationally. His DEI efforts have even landed him overseas in Sweden, Germany, England, and Lithuania, to name a few country’s combined elements of his DEI training with his expertise in Gospel music in educational and transformative presentations.
